Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to FixMyCloud ("Service"). By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account you confirm you are 18+ and authorized to agree on behalf of your organization.

2. Service Description

FixMyCloud is a cloud security posture management platform that scans AWS, Kubernetes, and Linux infrastructure for misconfigurations and provides guided remediation. It is informational and not a substitute for professional security consulting.

3. Account Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, maintain credential security, notify us of unauthorized access, and be responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not scan infrastructure you do not own or are not authorized to test. Do not reverse-engineer the Service, resell without consent, or use it to build competing products without our written agreement.

5. Cloud Credentials

By connecting infrastructure you confirm you are authorized to do so. Credentials are encrypted at rest and used solely to perform scans on your behalf.

6. Billing

Paid plans billed in USD. 14-day money-back guarantee from first payment. Subscriptions auto-renew. Cancel any time via account settings. Refunds not available after 14 days except as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service is owned by Finservative Technology FZCO. You retain ownership of your data and grant us a limited license to process it to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ALL MISCONFIGURATIONS WILL BE DETECTED. SECURITY SCANNING IS NOT A GUARANTEE OF SECURITY.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We may suspend accounts for breach of these Terms. You may cancel any time via account settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be submitted to competent UAE courts.
